 Nexus 7 is Asus product and its more powerful than galaxy tab 2 despite some shortcomings. 7 " WXGA screen (with the resolution of 1280×800), 10 touch points and almost HD quality. But the tablet has the big disadvantage for many users- rear camera and the front camera is only 1, 2 megapixels.
